Alexei leans into that tight hug...lets himself be squeezed against Reinhardt's massive frame as strong, worn hands rub circles into his back. Stukov's smile presses into a kiss against Reinhardt's neck and he inhales deeply, taking in his knight's scent before pulling back to look at him as he talks. His eyes and the side of his face glow warmly through the slime and dead skin. A sideways smirk pulls across his features and hie gives a stifled chuckle at that good natured dig at his love of borscht.
"Hmmmph. You're one to talk."
The glow surges at that compliment.
Stukov would argue that no part of him is either beautiful or wonderful...but that familiar flutter is back in his extra limbs as Reinhardt lists all the ways he wants to be with him. The former vice admiral's eyebrows furrow hopefully and he nods slowly.
"Da, Reinhardt...we can talk about thise things and deal with them...together."
The word seems out of place in his mouth. It feels like a dream...like it is not real. How could anyone look at him and not feel either waves of disgust or pity? Reinhardt had never experienced either. Initially, his kindness and compassion had been a source of frustration. How could he? How could he not see what an...affront Stukov was? Always showing him kindness...patience...understanding...it was the complete opposite from what Alexei had experienced at the hands of Moebius. It had been exactly what he needed, though.
He smiled and leaned back against Reinhardt's chest, snuggling up against him. His extra zerg limbs drummed lightly up and down on the Crusader's shoulder.
"I need you most of all....but...a bath would not hurt. I...I think we both are going to need one."
