This is the permissions list for IC (in-character), activity.
Hugging this character: Yes! Lord knows he needs it...though he may be a little resistant at first.
Kissing this character: Same.
Flirting with this character: Go for it. He probably won't take you seriously at first for what he thinks are obvious reasons but he'll get delightfully flustered when it is genuine.
Fighting with this character: You can try. He's a very talented tactician with years of experience and a whole bunch of Zerg mutations in his favor that include self healing himself and damaging/slowing enemies down...also he has a slew of extra zerg limbs and a massive left hand tipped in claws with a maw in the center.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Discuss major injury-minor cuts/bruises are fine.
Killing this character: NO.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Sure. No mind control-but empathic powers and mind reading are okay. If the Overmind can't control him, neither can you.
Warnings: Stukov by his very nature tends to have themes of body horror, nihilism, pessimism-he is played as suffering from very delayed PTSD that occasionally manifests.
Smut-He will not initiate smut. He just will not. AT ALL. He is incredibly self conscious of his body and he will rarely be in such close proximity to anyone. That said, he would probably respond to someone he knows and trusts. He has...complicated plumbing under his clothes that he tends to keep covered up, which leads him to initiating in a lot of things that would be traditionally be considered foreplay.
If he gets to smut- he will be very reactive and less active and will focus on the other person more than himself. Getting off is not important to him as much as pleasing his partner.
